Donna Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from North Georgia College. She practiced as a nurse in various settings including the neurological ICU before returning to the Medical College of Georgia to obtain the degree of Master of Science in Nursing. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Kelly McElreath is a nationally certified physician assistant who earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree at South University in Savannah, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate degree in biology at LaGrange College. Kelly worked as a physician assistant in family practice until joining our healthcare team.

Tiffany Rainey earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska. She was employed as a registered nurse at St. Marys Healthcare System in Athens, Georgia where she worked in an array of departments that included the neuroscience department, the neuro critical care unit and orthopedics. She later furthered her education and earned the degree of Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at Clarkson College.

Mandy is a nationally certified physician assistant. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Georgia. She then attended South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she received the degree of Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Joan Hornick earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology degree at North Georgia College and State University. She then earned the degree of Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Alabama. She has previously worked as a physician assistant in family practice and internal medicine. She has also served as the director of an HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis clinic.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wagner College, concomitantly earning her certificate of completion from Bayley Seton Hospital PA program in Staten Island, New York. Kara has worked as a physician assistant in family practice, college health and interventional radiology. She is a member of Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants (GAPA) and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
